I am looking forward to create a small chain of beverage outlets which I will name Dawson
café and that will operate in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The café’s primary focus will be coffee since
most of the Arabian population love consuming coffee. Saudi Arabia has a fascinating culture of
coffee that is blended with western style. Also, Saudi Arabia is expected to have a strong rate of
growth in coffee consumption. The creation of the coffee shop is influenced by the desire to
develop stable management operations with a central focus for all individuals in the enterprise to
follow (Attia &Eldin, 2018).
The brand image of the café is through its main product, which is coffee. There are several
coffee variations in the business portfolio, such as espresso, cafe latte, and Frappuccino beverages.
Also, the pressure to meet the demand of coffee in Riyadh versus the Arabic culture of its market
share will influence the customization and adaption of seasonal products such as cold beverages,
coffee accessories, and contemporary food items. The Arabs have a unique passion for coffee. The
