The contract provides a statement validating the conclusion of a business partnership
between Inter Action Corporation and U.S. Teseda Corporation. Through the agreement, Inter
Action Corporation attains the legal rights to the manufacture and global supply of Diagnostic
Test System hardware developed by Teseda Corporation. The two companies have agreed to
form a symbiotic business partnership where Inter Action’s desire to grow the Diagnostic Test
System field into a reputable business materializes as Teseda enjoys financial support from Inter
Action.
Several clauses exist in the contract binding the two business’s partnerships. Paragraph
one of the agreement addresses the principal reason behind Inter Action’s decision to engage in
the business partnership, Teseda is the preferred company and the partnership description. The
last line of the first paragraph links to the non-disclosure clause standard in such alliances. The
