Reason for Our Store’s Name
If you know anything about the liquor business, you know that when you choose a name
for a liquor store, it is an important decision and most likely the most important decision you will
make in your career. To make a successful liquor store business, you need to attract people who
know the business or are willing to learn about it in the first place. This means that you will have
to use your name to get people to visit your store. In a neighborhood filled with bougie young
people, the name has stuck with a loyal core of regulars and locals and has become a landmark and
a go-to store for all your whiskey needs. To us, ALPS stands for A Luxurious Person’s Spirit, and
it’s something we take very seriously. We’re the purveyors of the finest whiskeys, beers,
champagne, wines, rums, and tequilas and even make our absinthe.
Our Target Audience
That is the age level and gender of their clientele. The demographic with whom liquor stores
need to work is the consumer aged 18-49. According to a poll by Gallup, this group has the
majority of drinkers in terms of volume (Berman, n. d.). This demographic also tends to buy more
of everything. They are generally considered the most profitable group, so the store owner needs
to know who they are. Liquor stores have three segments, those who have always bought their
