Introduction
The relationship existing between businesses and society is continuously
evolving. The link between both entities is becoming highly sophisticated. The
community’s needs and expectations are constantly changing, and companies must
develop new strategic plans to meet these changes. The impact between both systems can
be analyzed based on social responsibility, consumer protection laws, and the six
consumer rights and environmental issues.
The impact of social responsibility on the relationship between business and society.
Social responsibility is based on an organization’s ethical guidelines to benefit the
community. Businesses mainly utilize this strategy to provide essential needs among
social groups. This approach is not profit-oriented but benefits a company by attracting
more customers. Social responsibility creates a mutual relationship between both systems
