BUSINESS START-UP PLAN
Introduction
The best business I will start will be e-commerce and a retail-oriented business using the portal
platform to conduct my business which will operate like ‘amazon.com’ but more localized in
Saudi Arabia
In my business, I will use the E-Commerce System platform (software-based system) which will
make it possible for my business to access customers, clients, and brokers to do business over the
internet. The 21st century has become so advanced technologically that most of the sectors in
economies in the world and Saudi Arabia becoming more digitized hence making the new
generation people become more tech-savvy in their day-to-day activities. The e-commerce
platform shall enable my retail business to handle a large number of potential customers and any
transaction, and coordinate multiple stakeholders to deliver the products to the customers which
are Business-to-Consumer or Business-to-Business, [1]
Ahmed.com, an e-shop web site that I will utilize for retail transactions will involve the customer
logging to the site and making an order of accessories, with the delivery done my secondary
business partner (Business-to-Business partnership)
