This memorandum is written to emphasize that the company do not at any chance
condone any type of discrimination including gender, age, sexuality, religion, race or ethnicity,
and evaluate the steps the company has taken on the fight against discrimination. The issue of
discrimination is relatively complex especially when trying to define what constitutes
discrimination. However, the company has strived to prevent majority of these problems by
